Yes, glacier melt. It's Moraine Lake in the Canadian Rockies. The silt makes it less clear but swimming pool blue. We canoed across it to a waterfall. It's so still and cold. This scene is well known because it appears on the back of the old Candian twenty dollar bill, which was in circulation when I grew up there.
